Many times we have to listen to the reports watsh the videoes and read all the deliriums in different newpapers,that Azerbaijani mass media,historians,cultural figures and just ordinari people always sound.That campaign is taken on the state level and it is financed and encouraged. The aim of this is reforming the history of Transcaucasia and represent that the azerbaijanis are native people of that land and the armenians immigrate from Iran,Turkey and Russia. Of course it's immpossible to prove all this by historical facts and it is clear,because it is possible to see undeniable evidences of the fact that armenians have lived in Transcaucasia since ancient times. This pseudo-scientific statements,which was done by the distortion of the facts have been denied in Soviet era many times by the soviet historians.
Azerbaijanis call Caucasian Albanians as their forerunner,they called 4 states of Historic Armenia as the lands of Caucasian Albanians,population of that lands-Albanians and the culture-Albanian. According to the Azerbaijani hypothesis (which is state hypothesis)the Armenians have settled in Trancaucasia only in 1828,when that lands separated from Russia.
V.A. Shnirelman says that there is a special state order for the deforming primaries and for publication of materials and it directed at the cleaning of any historical mention that is about armenians. It is a method to deny the presence of Armenians in Transcaucasia in ancient times or reduce the role of Armenians there (Transcaucasia) by the republishing medieval primary sources after the terms and names changings,such as for example Armenia changes into Albania and so on.
For example the undisputed symbol af armenian culture and ancient history is Khachkar.Khachkar is also the proof of armenians existence in Transcaucasia since ancient times,because are in all the lands where armenians have lived.That's why it have been very important to "Albanize" those,so in Karabakh (Artsakh) khachkars are called "Khachdash",(kar, which is in armenian and means stone, changes into dash in Azerbaijani language.They ignore not only famous traditions of Christian iconographics, but also armenian notes with it. That theory is also officially accepted.
Another example- it become known recently that Azerbaijani government decided to built monument in the place of graves which had been foundin the city Kuba,and they explain it that Azerbaijanis who have been killed by the Armenians buired in that place.But actually turkish army which leader wwas Nuri Pasha and the soldiers of Musavat Azerbaijani Republic have occupy Baku and its surroundings. Then the army did mass massecres of armenians and lezgis,after that the army moved to Darbend.
It have been done mass massacres of thousand of lezgi men and women, and in the same time it have been orgnized the destructio of not turkish population not only in South Lezgistan, but also in Zakatala and Lenkoran.
The scientist of Azerbaijan have recieved the invitation to visit Dagestan many times to get acquinted with historical documents,to listen to the evidences,but the invitations always have been denied. Of course it is easy by the distorting of history to incline the native population against armenian,so that to get their support in possible war. But in Azerbaijani history the most nonsensical is decree of Aliev about the genocide of azerbaijanis in 1988 March 26. It isn't need to be commented.
Examples are innumerable,we can continue the numeration endles,all this deliriums have an aim to atract public attention of the world,to rise to compassion,represent armenians as agressors and represent also Karabakh as Azerbaijani historical place.Millons of people are working for this aim and millons are spent.
